No, the general public can no longer access the SaskPower cafeteria unless escorted up there by a SaskPower employee.
But if you're looking for a higher destination to eat, try the cafeteria on the 18th floor of SGI. They have the BEST cinnamon buns (Tues & Thurs) and a nice variety for lunch. The security ppl there are pretty good - as long as you sign in where you work and leave your info, they'll let you go up there. Then you can also experience the fastest elevators in the province...bonus!
