The parts of Europe with the highest numbers yearly usually lie between 3 to 6 per 100.000. Those cities are Usually Southern Italy such as Naples, or Marseille and Corsica in France. Also Glasgow, Belfast. Malmö and Manchester has had a problem with murders.

I don't think any of those places have murder rates above 3/100,000 and certainly not up to 6/100,000.
