The project on two plots on Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard and Labor Street — named 100 Labor — was reduced from five to four stories due to budgetary concerns, according to plans submitted by Alamo Architects to the Historic and Design Review Commission for review at its Feb. 19 meeting.
Previous plans called for 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 11,000 square feet of commercial space. The latest plan reduced retail and commercial space to 5,450 square feet.
