^^^ They are extending the foundation along the south wall of the pit. Rebar for two tall columns can be seen.
^^^ It looks like there will be some kind of long narrow storage or mechanical room or something between the rows of parking.
^^^ They have been preparing for the first slab of parking for a while now. Based on what I see, I am guessing there will be two levels of underground parking on the east side of the building (far side in above photo) but only one level on the west side
