Conshy has good bones - something KoP can never replicate. That new faux town center there is definitely a step up from the type of development that dominates KoP but still, it's lame. There's a giant CHOP facility next door but
no pedestrian connection and the properties are separated by a fence. So all those people who work at CHOP can't walk to town center to eat and shop. And anyone who lives at the town center and works at CHOP can't walk between the two. Although it's possible the township will build a sidewalk along Gulph Road.
