I find it hard to believe it is at risk of collapse. It’s a solid concrete building.
It’s funny that the immediate reaction is yay! Now we can build a 20 storey tower. Like the only reason there aren’t more 20 storey towers is because there are no empty lots to put them in.
Word is the hotel scheme was done a year ago.
