As long as we are talking about the REDESIGNED one, I agree as well. Weird thing is that the second, nicer set of renderings were by the same architecture firm that is responsible for the buildings now being proposed at Hemisfair. (For reference, here is the first idea which was appropriately rejected by the HDRC:

I agree that it would be a shame if the Hard Rock one is just a beige (fake) stucco box.
