It will reduce some traffic heading east on Hillsborough Road.... but.... drivers trying to head west on Coverdale will get backed up because a lot of drivers heading straight through the intersection heading south will block the lane for people trying to make the right. There is only room for about 10 cars before it gets blocked. It will be a mess regardless.
