Man Dream hotels loves to ride fast and loose with their expansion plans. Don't partner with a known entity or a deliverable plan or anything. These developers obviously have no idea what they are doing if they are just throwing out the fact that they are planning a huge tower without disclosing location or anything. Clearly they haven't talked to the alderman first and this proposal is probably DOA as much as I wish it were reality.
