You know, I love San Antonio, but having lived most of my life here, I've come to believe we have more than our fair share of delusional people. So I guess I shouldn't find a proposal this bad to be that surprising... It reminds me of that cringey fake Little Italy that the Columbus Italian Society people came up with sometime last decade.

The grass strip for "cattle drives" is truly the *chef's kiss* cherry on top of this bit of insanity. Brilliant.
