Seriously. I am really curious what driving 3 or more cars around the streets in circles accomplishes. They really like to stay right next to each other too and constantly blow through red lights to do it.

I do love how this area is shaping up. I live a few blocks east of this part of Broadway and I can't wait to be able to easily walk to more bars, restaurants and shops. I'm just hoping we get more of the taller buildings like this and no more 4 story apartment complexes. I actually think the 10 story building on the west side of the river by the Pearl would fit perfectly on this part of Broadway. I'm also curious how the part of downtown between Dignowity and the 281/37 will be redeveloped, quite a few of the warehouses are for sale right now...
