Design is by Bounds and Gillespie Architects out of Memphis. It appears to be two hotels each with six floors. BNG designs hotels under the Hilton, Marriott, Choice, and ICH brands. Contractor is listed as Enrique Serna of Serna & Associates PLL (locally based).
