Just thought while having dinner, the Shark Club kitchen is on the south side of the 2nd level access so they must have some sort of passage way next to the outside wall over the escalators. Only other way not to go through the Shark Club would be to relocate the McDonalds remote freezer area at the Graham / Hargrave corner
