Let's hope that something big is planned for the site! Francisville is mostly bereft of developable sites. The CVS, the parking lot at 17th and Girard (which has a permitted project awaiting construction), the Francisville Triangle, and the piece of land on the 800 block of North Broad Street are the only sizable ones left. |
I wonder if another CVS will open nearby (there aren't really any others in the immediate area) or if it will be reincorporated into whatever new building goes there.
