Larry Coker is well known as a coach and ESPN analyst and will be joining the ranks of other prominent San Antonio sports officials.
San Antonio hasn't historically been known in the sports world for anything other than the Spurs. This is a chance to branch out and show that we can support other large scale athletic events. It could be a draw as a potential site for future NFL and other major league sports teams.
