Agree. New Hope is really the only town I can think of, and that's pretty far removed, so not always directly associated with Philly. Wilmington also has a really nice waterfront, so that's an option? But again, not always directly associated with Philadelphia even though it's part of the Metro area.

Chester, Camden, Penn's Landing, and NoLibs/Fishtown waterfront all have the opportunities to be assets that the current region doesn't really have.
