The assembly looks to be turning itself into a major new node for metro Atlanta which is awesome for NE Atlanta. I can see people taking Marta to visit similar to Decatur once it’s built out a bit more. Will be interesting to see more foottraffic coming to Buford Highway and Peachtree Blvd because of it.
