The list is based entirely on the percent (at the top) of a supertall skyscraper that is made up of uninhabitable space. It is purely a numbers game, and has nothing to do with actually being "vain" such as ESB and Chrysler. It's pretty obvious that many of you who posted never actually clicked on the article to see what it was about.
