The rendering is impressive. Still not a fan of the design. Much less the cronyism and the way it has all come about.

Interestingly enough, in that fly-through they have a massing where the future "residential" component will be, on the north side of the park. Looks like it's about four floors. Ugh.

The buildings are OK. The balconies are nice. The rotating trees are AWESOME!
