I like this design, but a part of me is saddened that Atlanta hasn't received any spires lately. Atlanta's skyline for many years was truely unique in its abundance of spired skyscrapers. Before 1180 and this building, Midtown had an almost complete spired skyline, which created a strange cohesion and identity. Maybe it was coincidence, maybe not, but I thought it was really cool to see nothing but spired, pointed buildings. It had a cool gothic kind of feel to it.

None the less, I like this building. I'll take em' any way they come!
