My mom and aunt sold it late last year finally. They were hoping it'd be renovated, but I knew it'd get torn down. I've been monitoring the permit site, and they were filed this past Monday.
I grew up at that house. She kept me before and after school and during the summers all the way through middle school at Porter. Sad to see it go.

One of my sons owns his home on Orlando Blvd just south of Philco. He & his late wife bought it 16 years ago. The family loves the area as it is.
