I was thinking residential units there. 130 or so hotel rooms could easily become 60 or so efficiency, 1 and 2 bedroom apts.

On a different note, it looks like BoA Plaza will gain about 200 employees with a new lease just signed. I know its just a drop in the bucket at this point with AT&T gone, but 50,000 sq. ft. isn't too bad... 2, maybe 3 floors?. I also like this part of the article: (taken from Bizjournals.com)
