It’s a very nice building, and among the top 3 most expensive built in the city (along with Freedom Tower and 50 Hudson), but it’s a little overwhelming in bulk. The massing is much better than 50 Hudson, which is almost oppressive. I think the two buildings would come off better away from each other. And so would the skyline.
