^ Yeah, Related was hoist by their own petard a little bit... but I think even if they didn't pursue historic tax credits, the proposed demolition would have gotten in the way of LIHTC as well (or any other form of Federal assistance). Without either form of tax credit, I doubt an affordable redevelopment would have been possible - and since CHA owns the land, it would have just been a no-deal situation.
