It's unlikely that the parking levels would have added much height. Most parking levels only add 9 to 10 feet floor-to-floor. That probably would have added 70 to 80 feet, but we've been hearing for a long while now that it's just 24 floors. Honest, I'd forgotten that this was the old JMJ Tower development. I thought they were two separate projects.
