Dallas may be set for yet another condo hotel development. Hard Rock Cafe International Inc., which is building its first condo hotel in San Diego, is planning similar ventures in Dallas and Los Angeles, according to a recent report in the New York Times. Hard Rock's chief hotels officer, Trevor Horwell, couldn't be reached for comment. Hard Rock Cafe International is a wholly owned subsidiary of London-based The Rank Group P.L.C.
