I'm sure a wider angle is easier on the eyes.
It's interesting to see Tempe midrises getting less and less value engineered. That Marriott is a prime example of the beginning of the recovery.
I've been hoping ASU would renovate or at least paint the University Towers for a decade. Reindeer (camel) guy forgot to do his job this year
