I know you're just being facetious, but for those curious. They have both English language and French language schools. The option to enroll in either is not open to everyone.
For children who's parents both grew up educated in French, they must be enrolled in French language school.
For those children who either parent grew up educated in English, or who moved to Quebec after having significant education already in English, or who's sibling have had a significant education in English then have a choice of enrolling in either French or English language schools.
The French language schools do have an English class.
