I have got to say, compare to what you imagine by going on the website, the project is Humongous!
and the view is quite impressive! there is something that i love especially from that angle...
They guy didn't say much about sales, but from the graph board of all units, i would reckon a good 50% for phase 2, but i might be totally wrong
