Bank of Bartlett leads $90M Arlington project, set to break ground in early 2020

The first phase — the left half of the plans pictured... — is set to include a hotel with roughly 100 rooms, up to 97 apartments above 57,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and another five or so retail buildings... The project has been in the works for a few years, but the bank had been slow-moving due to uncertainty surrounding the lots to its south and west. To the west is the site where Kroger held a ceremonial groundbreaking in 2016 for a Marketplace location but hasn't constructed anything. To the south sits the site where Baptist Memorial Health Care Corp. is planning a freestanding emergency department.
