I like all three of those. the only thing I worry about with a large glass tower is that it will dwarf the rest of downtown like the Devon Tower in Oklahoma City.

That is not to say that I don't like the glass buildings. Overall though I really like the MesseTurm in Frankfurt that you showed. That would be a great building for San Antonio. I would not balk at getting any of those, but I think that one would fit more into the spirit of the city.
