The fact that it has taken this long for something to happen with that building tells me that the market demand in St. John's wasn't nearly as strong as we thought it was for condos/apartment buildings. You'd think in a market as hot a St. John's over the last 10 years a dilapidated vacant building in the center of downtown would have been developed years ago IF there was a real strong demand.
