I agree that Highway 6 definitely does not need to be twinned, except maybe up to Highway 236 (where traffic counts drop from about 6,000 to 4,000) concurrently with CentrePort Canada.
Of the main highways entering Winnipeg, Highway 2 is the least busiest (and probably should be closed and relocated to the service road at Highway 3).
