Okay, after reviewing this month's planning board meeting, an area described as "Limestone Tower, 102 Prospect Street" is slated for conversion into apartments. does anyone know much about this place? I looked it up on googleEarth and it gave the worn-out (6-storey?) tower across the creek from the Cayuga Green II construction site.
