The first parts of the private development down in Verano are getting ready to break ground in a few months.
236 student-focused apartments plus 100 town homes and a 75,000 square foot building.
Sounds like all of it will be along University Way and hopefully this means they're sticking to their original vision of an urban neighborhood.
