$0.70/SF (what you were previously paying) is just too low to make sense for anyone to build, as so many of our apartment buildings are new construction and have to overcome the costs of construction today. One bedrooms at the Exchange Building are reasonable, but not 1100 SF for that price. You could also look at the Maverick Building. They have smaller one bedrooms within that price range.
Otherwise, you could get a roommate!
