^^^ I was being a bit sarcastic. There isn't one building proposed in LA that hasn't seen a reduction in height in one shape or form. This building though is probably one of the most real proposals in the city at the moment. Onni is trying to ride the wave while other developers sit back and play the waiting game. Hopefully Onnis other tower next door does really well. if it does than they will be the driving force for most of LAs new residential towers, They already have 4-5 proposed. LA can need all the housing in the world but if a developer can break even or make a marginal profit by slicing off a few floors to cut time and costs, as we have seen before in every major city in the country, they will do it.
