thats a profound statement, really.
often we get so focused on capturing moments of our lives on film (or the digital equivalent) that we forget to actually live the moment ourselves. imagine a dad recording his sons first goal in soccer but never really enjoying it because he was so focused trying to get the right angle.
sometimes, we put the camera down and take deep breaths. and sometimes its better that way.
