I noticed that too! It looked like a really crappy Photoshop job on a years-old photo. The changed the "State" sign to "eatSe", doctored the marquee and I think the background a bit, looked really strange. But with the pedicab out front and the buildings visible, it was unmistakably the Paramount.
If I had to guess, they googled "Movie Premiere" and something with the Paramount showed up... and they doctored it.
