Yeah, the Publix adds sort of a legitimacy to the area. While the big apartment complexes are nice, and larger investments they just don't seem as important separately as this one project does. I suspect that once it is up and running we will quickly lose track of all the smaller spaces being developed as there will be a rush to "fill in" the area around the supermarket to capture all the foot traffic that will be down there.
