you cant do it justice in two weeks! i got a quick taste for this myself on my first visit. it came about because i dislike florida, so i would go to texas and the whole la frontera border for the warm weather trips. then i got hooked for awhile. i love the culture and if you don't mind a lot of driving i really enjoyed it!
