Anyone know, building code wise, whether there is some sort of limits at 7 storeys? That seems to be a popular height among concrete and steel buildings. The new apartments on Peguis in T-Cona west come to mind. Seem to be rather well constructed. I also like how they say non-combustible. Meaning not cheap hear your neighbour type stuff.
