(2006) In Winnipeg one in ten persons is aboriginal. Five years leading up to 2006 aboriginal population in Winnipeg rose by 22% and only 1% for all other persons. Delusional to consider the significance of Aboriginal growth related to overall population in Winnipeg given birth rate trends? I think not.
