I actually don't mind any of the designs. I think 1x1 was others mentioned doing itself a huge disservice by not using the more realistic rendering style. The style they chose is nice for early concept work but when people are actually starting to spend their money you gotta see exactly how its gonna look. That taller 'bendy angle' (honestly dont know what its called) residential building would really contrast with the surrounding area in a good way I think. Building almost looks like its like 'turning and looking'. I like it.

But i'm really confused by the roof of the market area in the 1x1 proposal though lol like is it angled or flat? It seems like people are walking on it but yet from some of the views it looks like its all angled
