I don't fall into the "modern is always good" camp. Sometimes it is... if it's imaginative and works well with its established surroundings. Frost Tower is modern and is amazing. This is not in the same league as Frost. It's not butt-ugly, but it's far from jaw-dropping gorgeous too. I give it a 5 out of 10.
