So is most of the growth in San Antonio (city proper) due to infill or annexation.
That is my f**king question. All this bullshit. This topic could be good and could be exciting. I only played the Chicago card to shut that shit up.
Now back to the subject matter.
Where is the infill occuring...within existing city boundaries. Was most of the growth inside or outside loop 1604 (within the city)?
