I think it really is great for impact starting up what could be as many as ten or so 500+ footers in the Journal Square area but it's a bit dull. It's certainly not bad, just I wish our skyscrapers were more interesting, daring... the tallest one which will be in the low 70 story range is the most interesting one to me because it really uses setbacks in a bolder way than this one does. I hope though it does great renting out and hopefully the biggest one, which is next in line to be built, will start up fairly soon.

As for the One Journal Square on the front of the Square.. come on, supposedly January 15 or thereabouts we were going to start getting action as the notices were being put up indicating showtime was finally at hand...get going, guys!
