But those seem like more reasonable market prices for the Banks now, don't they, if they drop by an average of $100,000? (I know, that's the max on a commercial unit.)

I really do hope the project becomes a vibrant community. So far it's got everything the developer envisioned, except affordability, akin to unit size and market development costs, thus dropping some of the green initiatives like solar panels, which would've sold a few more folks I imagine.

Oh well, Saskfolk vetoed a wind turbine by the dungheap, and many, including an ex mayor tried to kill the new art gallery. It's an uphill battle to civilize us prairie dogs. All we want is room to run, preferably while drunk.
