^Very impressive news. Definitely sounds like an announcement/rendering for the West Tower is very close (200,000 sq. ft of office, 326 apartments...).
Just for fun, the Riverwalk taller tower will be 321 units (at 363 feet tall). So with 200,000 sq of office, and I guess some sort of parking garage podium, the West Tower should be pretty tall.
