Roseland Ballroom-replacing rental launches from $2,900/month

The Roseland Ballroom-replacing rental building designed by CetraRuddy Architects has now launched leasing, five years after the project was first announced. The 62-story building, located at 242 West 53rd Street, has a total of 426 apartments up for grabs with rents starting at $2,900/month.

ARO, as this building is known, features a mix of studios through three-bedroom homes. One-bedrooms start at $3,965/month, two-bedrooms start at $5,995/month, and three-bedrooms range anywhere between $7,995 to $17,500/month. ARO will also have a four-bedroom, duplex penthouse, but the price on that has to be unveiled. Some of the apartments will also have balconies.
